Shipping Policy

General Shipping

• Orders ship Monday – Friday after 1-2 business days processing time.
• Standard shipping (UPS Ground) - 3-5 business days transit time.
• Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air) - 1 business day transit time 
• Ordered items may ship separately.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with estimated shipping times. Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed due to shipment related external factors.
• Ship all items to a permanent address to ensure successful delivery.

International Shipping

• Shipping Time
  • International ship times may be extended due to customs clearance.
    
  • Standard international shipping - 7-10 business days transit time 
• Customs and Duties 
  • Due to shipping terms, some countries may not accept Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), and customs and taxes may be charged upon delivery.  
  • If recipient country does not have customs and taxes included in the shipping cost, King & Spalding will reimburse you. Please send a photo of your receipt to UPS-ATL@kslaw.com.
• Shipment Exceptions 
  • Orders cannot be shipped to Russia.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately. 

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, place a separate order for each shipping address. 

Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. 

APO/FPO Shipping

We are able to ship our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, make note of the following:

• The City must be entered as either APO or FPO.
• The State must be selected as either ‘AA’, ‘AE’, or ‘AP.’
  
• The Country must be United States.
• You must enter your Zip Code.
• Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
